Event cancellation policy
If an event is cancelled for any reason (usually weather related), a discount will be offered on the next fixture to be staged at Redcar Speedway, or the restaging of the cancelled fixture. This refund, or transfer to next fixture, will depend upon the timing of the cancellation and will equate to:
Event cancelled before heat 4 Full refund of the ticket’s face value
Event cancelled before heat 7 50% discount
Event cancelled before heat 10 30% discount
Event cancelled before heat 13 10% discount
Full instructions will be issued after the cancelled event as to how the discount can be claimed. If a full refund is due, this will be repaid into the account you used to pay for the ticket.
